Overnight, No Cook Refrigerator Oatmeal by The Yummy Life
I cannot stop eating this breakfast treat by The Yummy Life! I have tried the maple-blueberry oatmeal and have made my own concoction using the base (oatmeal, greek yogurt, milk [almond]) and added chopped Pink Lady Apple, cinnamon, and honey. She has so many flavor-combinations listed, there’s something for everyone for minimal calories (roughly 250 calories a pop) and, man, are they filling!
In fact, that deliciousness is stewing in my fridge as we speak for brekkie tomorrow.
If you want to make something for grab-and-go—this is for you! It can keep up to two days in the fridge (for ultimate freshness) but it needs time to sit overnight so if you are looking for something to eat immediately, this may not be your best choice!
